IT Factor 54: Managing Services
No AV Is An Island According to host Frank Padikkala, the most innovative future technology within the AV industry has to be cloud services and managed services. They add functionality to solutions in many amazing ways. But rather than just have him gush about their utility, we have constructed some experts within the field to discuss these services. Joining us today is Business Development Manger for Pro-Tech Management Greg Koerner and Manager of Consulting Services at AV MSP Colin Birney. We discuss the function of Managed Services Providers, how they compare to traditional AV projects, the value of these services and much more. Host: Frank Padikkala Guests: Colin Birney – AV MSP Greg Koerner – Pro-Tech Management Notes: AVNation studios production equipment provided by Shure and Vaddio.
